* ALL NEW CLIENTS & clients who have not visited in 12+ months are required to book the Complete Curl Service. *I do not offer separate pricing for children ages 5 and older. *Please do not arrive to your appointment with matted hair. If hair is severely matted, your appointment will be rescheduled and an additional fee/deposit will be required to rebook. *I do not offer color services for new clients. If you are interested in color, please book the Complete Curl Service for your first appointment. *Books open one month at a time and will open on a Sunday each month. *All deposits go toward your service total. *If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text me as soon as possible. Clients are allowed ONE reschedule per booking. Any additional reschedules will result in forfeiting the deposit. *Please be mindful when booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment. *The remaining balance after your appointment may be paid with Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash. All credit card transactions will include a $5 processing fee. *If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. *To keep the salon environment relaxing and comfortable for all guests, appointments are limited to ONE accompanying guest only. Cancellation Policy
For no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours you will be charged 30% of the scheduled appointment.
